How is the word count calculated?
We count the words in the source document (the original text you provide for translation). We use industry-standard tools to produce an accurate word count and always share this with you upfront before confirming the price. Hidden counts or inflated word totals are not how we operate.
Do you charge for repetitions?
For most projects we charge for all words. However, for enterprise clients with translation memory (TM) agreements in place, repeated or fuzzy-matched segments are charged at a reduced rate — typically 30–70% of the full rate depending on the match percentage. Ask us about TM discounts when requesting a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers (BACS/CHAPS/SEPA), and PayPal. Enterprise clients can arrange invoicing with 30-day payment terms. All payments are processed securely and receipts are provided automatically.
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?
Yes. We offer unlimited free revisions within 30 days of delivery. If we cannot bring the translation to your satisfaction after revisions, we will provide a full refund — no questions asked. We are proud of our 98% first-delivery satisfaction rate, but your peace of mind is our priority.
Are there volume discounts available?
